Return Policy

Return Policy (according to the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce)

At Khodoud Store, we strive to provide a safe and reliable shopping experience. We adhere to all regulations approved by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we grant our customers the right to return products under the following conditions:

1. Return period: The consumer has the right to request a return of the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide reasons, in accordance with Article (13) of the E-Commerce System.

2. Return Acceptance Terms:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused , and with all its accessories and packaging.
• The product must not have been opened if it is a product that is affected by hygiene or direct use (such as cosmetics, personal care).
• The customer bears the shipping and return costs unless the reason for the return is due to:
• Manufacturing defect.
• Product not as described.
• Error in the submitted request.

3. Products that cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened and used and affect health and safety (such as makeup, perfumes, creams, personal care products).
• Products that are made or finished to a customer's special order.
• Digital or downloaded products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or storage.

4. Refund procedures:

• Return requests are submitted via customer service (WhatsApp: +966534118466 or email: [email protected]).
• After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days .

5. Important notes:

• If there are offers or free gifts included with the product, they must be returned with the main product.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is found to have been used or does not meet the above conditions.
